Abstract:
To provide a location confirmation system enabling another user such as a family member to confirm a location of a user without worrying about battery exhaustion for notification of the location.SOLUTION: A location confirmation system 1 comprises one or more portable terminals 10, one or more receiving devices 20, and a confirmation device 30. The portable terminal 10 wirelessly transmits a terminal signal including terminal identification information identifying an own terminal using power generated by depression of a button 13. The receiver 20 receives a terminal signal transmitted by the portable terminal 10 and transmits the received terminal identification information to the confirmation device 30. The confirmation device 30 receives the terminal identification information transmitted by the receiver 20 and performs processing of registering a location of a user who possesses the portable terminal 10 having the received terminal identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
