Abstract:
To provide a position information system capable of reporting not only a position of a portable terminal but also a position where fire occurs.SOLUTION: A position information system 1 comprises: a portable terminal 20 that receives a signal from a transmission terminal (a beacon 10) and being capable of transmitting transmission terminal information (beacon information) including identification information of the transmission terminal; and a server (a position information server 40, a fire information server 80) capable of transmitting map information (floor diagram information) for making the portable terminal 20 display a map image (a floor diagram image) showing a current position of the portable terminal to the portable terminal 20 based on originating terminal information transmitted by the portable terminal 20. The server can transmit map information for making the portable terminal 20 display a map image showing a current position of the portable terminal 20 and a fire occurrence position based on fire information (information including information on location of a fire occurrence place) transmitted by a receiver (a fire receiver 60) capable of receiving a fire detection signal from a fire sensor 50 to the portable terminal 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
