PURPOSE: To fit a light reflecting member to a lock for bicycle without using a separate fitting member.

CONSTITUTION: A covering member 1d made of synthetic resin and for covering the surface of a ring-like casing over from the top surface to the side surface is provided. The covering member 1d has a plate-like reflecting tool fitting part 10, which is projected upward by the integral molding with the covering member 1d, on the top surface of the outer wall of the covering member 1d, and the light reflecting member fitting part 10 is provided with a bolt through hole 10a to enable the fitting of a reflecting tool having a light reflecting member through a bolt.nut. Since the light reflecting member fitting part, which is provided with a light reflecting member insertion part by the integral molding with the covering member 1d, is provided on the top surface of the outer wall of the covering member 1d, the light reflecting member can be directly inserted for fitting into the light reflecting member insertion part.
