PURPOSE: To improve the ground strength by braiding fine lines made of a material with large tensile strength into a hollow braided rope shape to constitute a cylindrical braided rope fiber body and binding the fine lines of the fiber body together with a binder.
CONSTITUTION: Strands 3 made of fine lines 2 of aromatic polyamide fibers with 6000de. bundled with single fibers with about 10de., for example, are braided into a hollow braided rope shape to constitute a cylindrical braided rope fiber body 4. The fine lines 2 of the fiber body 4 are integrated together by a binder such as epoxy resin, for example, to form a lock bolt 1. When the ground of the peripheral wall is to be reinforced after a tunnel or the like is drilled, mortar is filled in the hole of the cylindrical fiber body 4, and the air in a void section between the hole and the lock bolt 1 is surely discharged. The bolt 1 is closely stuck to the ground, and the ground can be reinforced.
