Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lock bolt capable of applying sufficiently elastic force to a screw thread, so as to obtain sufficient looseness preventing effect, and performing screwing work like a normal bolt.
CONSTITUTION: A lock bolt is composed of a bolt main body 1, a screw thread 2 wherein both side surfaces formed in the screw thread forming part of this bolt main body 1 are formed into a circular-arc shape or a shape provided with three or more flank angles and a slit provided with an arched projected part or an arched bottom part on the bottom part center formed on the screw thread 2.
