To provide a lock bolt with the buckling function capable of holding a fastening state of high certainty, by preventing a sideslip of a fastening member by buckling a seat surface of a fastening object member.
This lock bolt includes a bolt body 2 forming a through-hole 23 along the axial direction of a bolt, communicating with this through-hole 23 and having in a bolt head 21 a storage recessed part 24 having a larger diameter than the through-hole 23, a buckling member 3 having an insertion shaft 31 inserted into the through-hole 23, having a buckling blade 32 on the distal end of this insertion shaft 31 and having a recessed head 33 stored in the storage recessed part 24 on the rear end of the insertion shaft 31, and an elastic member 4 stored in the storage recessed part 24 and pressing the recessed head 33 in the direction for projecting the bucking blade 32 from the distal end of the through-hole 23.
