To provide a lock control system which serves as a means for storing and managing valuables of an inpatient without providing a special storage area, and is safely and easily usable by the inpatient by adding a slight security function to a conventionally available system.
According to the lock control system, an electric lock is attached to a drawer of a bed-side cabinet which the inpatient uses everyday in a hospital room, whereby the drawer is made lockable. Herein the electric lock attached to each bed-side cabinet requires a key function, and its control function is additionally imparted to a pay TV system offered to the inpatient for using a TV and a refrigerator on a chargeable basis. To enhance the security of the lock control system, an ID signal is changed whenever the user is changed.
