Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calmly operate the electric lock of a cabinet, and lock the cabinet without any trouble even in a service interruption or battery shortage.
SOLUTION: A lock 7 is arranged within the rail 4 of a cabinet, and the rotation of a motor 8 is transmitted to the lock 7 through worms 21, 29 and gears 28, 18. A rack 9 is horizontally moved by the pinion gear 20 of the lock 7, whereby drawers of multiple stage in the cabinet are locked at the same time. The key hole of the lock 7 is opposed to the front of the rail, and the cabinet can be locked and unlocked also by a key 14.
