Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device capable of reducing size and a number of components, and having good operability.SOLUTION: A torsion bar 2 has a base portion attached to a first unit 1, and a tip end portion provided with a lock claw 3 projecting out to a side part. A torsion bar receiving fitting portion 6 provided on a second unit 5, has a torsion bar moving path portion for moving the torsion bar 2 in a longitudinal direction, a lock claw locking portion 8 for locking the look claw 3 without making repulsion force remain in the torsion bar 2, and lock claw locking releasing means for releasing the locking of the lock claw 3 by applying the repulsion force due to twisting on the torsion bar 2. On at least either one of the lock claw 3 or the torsion bar moving path portion, tilting guide structures 4 and 7 are provided. which are configured so as to change the repulsion force by changing a twisting state of the torsion bar 2 on the basis of abutting between the lock claw 3 and the torsion bar moving path portion when the torsion bar 2 moves.
