Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a turbulance from generating in the flow of a water passage and thereby recover a strong alkakine and/or strong-acidic ion-rich water in a non-diaphragm-type ion-rich water generation electrolytic cell consisting of an anodic plated and a cathodic plate arranged side by side without the presence of a diaphragm in-between.
CONSTITUTION: This non-diaphragm type electrolytic cell has the width W of a water passage 34 in a direction vertical to the axial line 54 of the water passage and parallel with electrode plates 16, 18 where the width W satisfies the size which is larger than 0.09 times (W>0.09Q) of a water flow rate Q.
