Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking apparatus that can be used for a storage box, a locker or the like with a so called auto locking function, which has a simple mechanism and low cost, the locking apparatus having advantages that is possible to lock a door by just hand closing without using a key, and to automatically unlock by merely holding a card or pressing a button, for example.SOLUTION: The present invention includes a locking member that has a hook portion for locking on a side of a distal end and whose front or back surface is a rotation promoting surface on a side of a rear end side, a roller member that makes the locking member to smoothly rotate in a direction of locking and unlocking in contact with the rotation promoting surface and prevents the locking member from rotating in a side of unlocking in contact with an end surface of the locking member after locking the locking member, and a roller member swing apparatus that swings the roller member so as to release the contact with the end surface of the locking member and unlock after locking the locking member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
