PURPOSE: To assemble a lock plate and a chain lock member at a job site with excellent workability, and eliminate fear of falling off when they are used.

CONSTITUTION: In a lock handle device for a door to drive chain lock members 3 pivotally fixed to a lock plate 2 so as to advance to and retreat from a journal bearing part by directly or indirectly reciprocally rotating the lock plate 2 by rotational operation of a handle 1, shaft holes 4 are arranged in one of the lock plate 2 and the chain lock members 3, and pivot pins 5 to be fitted and inserted in the shaft holes 4 are protrusively arranged in the other. Slipping- out preventive protrusions 7 to be fitted and inserted from notches 6 of hole edge parts of the shaft holes 4 are protrusively arranged sideways in tip parts of the pivot pins 5. In an ordinary operation angle range where the lock plate 2 rotates between a locking position and an unlocking position, the notches 6 is arranged in positions unarranged with the slipping-out preventive protrusions 7.
