PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock handle device for a pop out type door capable of making destruction by violence directed for a lock unit difficult or impossible to improve crime prevention property and inserting a key smoothly and accurately. SOLUTION: A pocket part adjacent to a fixing case is provided, a front opening part of the pocket part is opened on a front face of a door, and a key hole of a rotor of the lock unit is opened toward an internal space of the pocket part. A recessed part for key guide is linearly formed toward the lock unit in a bottom face wall part of the pocket part, and a guide bottom face of the recessed part is formed in parallel with the direction of axial line of the rotor. A guided part parallel with the axial line in the direction of length of a key main body is formed in a knob part of the key, and a distance from a central line of the key hole to the guide bottom face agrees with a distance from a central line of the key main body to the guided part.
