Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock knob with a brilliant section at a low cost.
SOLUTION: In the lock knob, a structure, in which a cylindrical cover member 18, in which an outer circumference on one end side of a metallic element pipe 19 with a brilliant surface is bulged in a diameter larger than other sections by hydroforming, and a mandrel member 12, which can be inserted from the other end to one-end opening of the cover member 18, has a closing section 15 closing the end of the cover member on one end side and has a connecting section 17 connected to a locking device 16a at the other end section and is made of a synthetic resin, are combined, is adopted, and the lock knob 10 is manufactured in the brilliant part at a low cost without requiring facilities at a high cost and finishing working.
