Abstract:
To reduce looseness under a strong vibration environment, and to improve a lock effect.SOLUTION: A lock nut with a taper ring and a method of attaching/detaching a lock nut are disclosed. The lock nut with the taper ring includes a nut body, and a female screw is provided on an inner surface of the nut body. At one end of the nut body, a coaxial conical ring extending in an axial direction is installed. The female screw of the nut body extends to an inner surface of the conical ring, and an inner diameter of the nut body is as large as an inner diameter of the conical ring. On an outer surface of the conical ring, a wedged surface inclining backward of the nut body is installed, and a taper ring is equipped. On the inner surface of the conical ring, an inclined surface suitable for the wedged surface is installed. The inclined surface is provided so as to cover the conical ring through the taper ring, thereby locking the taper ring and the nut body, and further securely fastening the female screw of the conical ring with a male screw of a connection component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
