Abstract:
To provide a lock-up damper device stored in a torque converter, absorbing impact torque to elastically connecting a turbine runner when a piston is engaged with a front cover, and absorbing engine torque fluctuations in a lock-up state with the piston engaged with the front cover.
In this lock-up damper device 5, a ring-shaped center disk 10 is sandwiched between two plates 9, 9 so as to be rotated, the plates 9, 9 are formed with storage spaces 12 for storing damper springs 13, 13, both the ends of the damper springs 13, 13 are sandwiched between spring pressers 15 provided on the inner periphery of the center disk 10, and the piston 4 and both the plates 9, 9 are connected and fixed.
