This lock-up device 7 includes a friction part 50, a piston 30, a first plate 31, elastic members 33, and a second plate 35. The friction part 50 is the part frictionally connected to an outer peripheral portion of a front cover 2, and is provided between the front cover 2 and a turbine 4. The piston 30 is connected to the friction part 50. The first plate 31 is connected to the piston 30 on the inner peripheral side of the friction part 50. The plurality of the elastic members 33 are the members to which a torque from the first plate 31 is input, and are disposed on the inner peripheral side of the friction part 50. The second plate 35 is the member to which a torque from the elastic members 33 is input, and is connected to the turbine 50 on the inner peripheral side of the friction part 50.
