Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of an intermediate member.SOLUTION: A lock-up device includes: a piston; a friction member; an input plate; an output plate; six torsion springs; and an intermediate plate 6. The intermediate plate 6 rotates relative to the input plate and the output plate and causes the two torsion springs to serially act. The intermediate plate 6 includes: an outer periphery annular part 61; an inner periphery annular part 62; and three connection parts 63. The inner periphery annular part 62 is disposed at the inner peripheral side of the outer periphery annular part 61. Each of the connection parts 63 connects the outer periphery annular part 61 with the inner periphery annular part 62 in a radial direction. The respective connection parts 63 are disposed at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction. The intermediate member 6 includes three housing holes 64. The two torsion springs are serially disposed in the circumferential direction in each housing hole 64.
