Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a connection member smoothly when connecting the connection member to a member of the front cover side in a lock-up device provided with a dog clutch.SOLUTION: A lock-up device is provided with a dog clutch 32 which mechanically connects a front cover 2 and a piston 30. The dog clutch 32 includes a first ring gear 41 provided on the front cover 2, a second ring gear 42 provided on the piston 30 and a connection member 40 which connects the rig gears 41, 42. The first ring gear 41 includes a stationary member 411, a gear member 412 rotatable relatively to the stationary ring 411 on the inner circumferential side of the stationary member 411 and a coil spring 413 which is provided between the stationary member 411 and the gear member 412 and elastically connects the stationary member 411 and the gear member 412 in a rotation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
