To provide a lock washer capable preventing loosening of a bolt and a nut in a fastened state, and easily loosening them in maintenance.SOLUTION: A lock washer 1 disposed between a nut 4 and a mounted object 2, is composed of first and second members 11, 12 and used in an overlapped state. The first member 11 includes an upper face 11a on which unevenness is radially formed so that it has low resistance when the nut 4 is rotated in a fastening direction, and frictional resistance is increased when it is rotated to a loosening side, and a lower face 11b formed in a manner that a height of an inclined face 11ba is gradually lowered toward the fastening direction of the nut. The second member 12 includes a lower face 12a on which unevenness is radially formed so that frictional resistance is small when the nut 4 is rotated in the fastening direction, and frictional resistance is increased when it is rotated to the loosening side, an upper face 12b on which an inclined face 12ba corresponding to the inclined face 11ba of the first member 11 is formed along the circumferential direction, and which is kept into contact with the lower face 11b of the first member 11, and a projecting portion 12c for rotating the nut 4 in a state of being overlapped to the first member 11 in loosening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
