Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to transfer a locking bar in a protruded position to the middle between the protruded position and the retracted position.
CONSTITUTION: A cam body 12 is fixed to the body 10 so as to be rotatable by a manipulating handle 13 and a locking bar 14 is fitted to the body 10 to be transferable between the protruded position and the retracted position. The locking bar 14 is pushed to the protruded position by a spring 15. The protrusion 38 provided at the locking bar 14 thereby is forced to get in contact with the cam 30 of the cam body 12 and the cam body 12 is rotated so that the locking bar 14 can be transferred to the retracted position.
