PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and correctly unite a rotor and a locking collar at a proper position.
SOLUTION: A positioning projection 11b is provided, which is shorter than the opening width of a locking groove 15 having a circumferential dimension corresponding to an axially entering side of a locking projection 11a, is longer than the opening width of the locking groove 14 which does not correspond, and abuts a locked portion ahead of all locking projections 10, 11 a when inserting the locking collar 4 from the lower side. A locking portion is made to be locked with the locked portion only at the proper position between the rotor 3 and the locking collar 4, thereby certainly preventing improper locking. An axial engaging state between the locking collar 4 and the rotor 3 can be kept by an inverted L-shaped locked portion, and retracting of the forcibly fitted locking projections 10, 11a is stopped by a protuberance portion. The locking projection 11a need not be a small article which is uncertain in a locking state, and can be made in an equal article to the other locking projection 10, so that a locking state in a circumferential direction can be certainly maintained. Consequently, the rotor 3 and the locking collar 4 can be securely united in both of the axial and circumferential directions.
