To provide a locking control system in which a person who leaves a store last can surely perform the locking before coming home, no-locking can be prevented to effectively prevent crimes, and freedom of care on the control can be improved.

In this system, all electronic locks 11-16 can be locked without fail and when the locking is judged by a locking judging means 2, the opening of a door DO for leaving is permitted, and a person who leave a room last can go out of the room. When even one part is not locked, the door DO for leaving is not opened, the person who leaves the room last can not come home, and thus, the problem of no-locking can be solved.
