A set of insertion pieces 2 and 3 is rotatably supported by a pivot 1 around their one end portions 2a and 3a, the insertion pieces 2 and 3 form bending portions 2b and 3b symmetrically to the center from the end portions, and another end portions 2c and 3c form pins P to serve as an insertion unit. The inner and outer peripheries of the insertion unit are formed linearly or curvedly. The pin P is equipped with a cap 4 that supports the pivot 1, and a knob is formed on the cap 4. A sheet metal washer 5 with a hole 6 through which the insertion pieces 2 and 3 pass is incorporated into the pin P.
