Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve operability of a key while reducing a lock arrangement space.SOLUTION: A lock device comprises a lock having a keyhole into which a key is inserted, and a lock holding part which is mounted on a predetermined lock arrangement surface and holds the lock so as to switch between a parallel attitude in which a key inserting direction of a key to the keyhole is made parallel with the lock arrangement surface, and a crossing attitude in which the key inserting direction is allowed to cross the lock arrangement surface. Therefore, during a key non-rotating operation, the lock is turned into the parallel attitude, the amount of protrusion from the lock arrangement surface can be reduced, and an arrangement space of the lock can be reduced. Further, during a key rotating operation, the lock is turned into the crossing attitude, the key can be easily put in and put out of the keyhole, and the key inserted into the keyhole can be easily rotated. Therefore, operability of the key can be improved remarkably while reducing the lock arrangement space.
