Abstract:
To provide a locking device and a crime preventing device with a high crime preventing performance.
As a disc tumbler 34 gets into a groove part 38, a tip of the disc tumbler 34 gets in contact with a piezoelectric element 94 in the groove part 38. When time after the disc tumbler 34 gets in contact with the piezoelectric element 94 till unlocking action is completed is longer than a prescribed time, a control device actuates a threatening device to make alarming sound, and actuates a lock solenoid 88 to regulate move of a dead bolt 82. In addition, it sends an alarm online signal to a control terminal of a control center to notify that illegal unlocking action is being performed.
