PURPOSE: To improve the workability of a child locking device while also completing a burglarproof countermeasure by providing a child-burglarproof actuator capable of preventing movement in the direction of the release of a locking and release lever and a means giving the actuator an operation signal.

CONSTITUTION: An actuator 50 for locking and release being connected to the locking and release lever of a door lock and capable of driving the lever to the position of locking and release and a child-burglarproof actuator 60 capable of being driven to the position of the stopping and location of the permission of movement in the direction of the release of the locking and release lever are installed. When a control switch 33 for remote control locking is worked to the locking side, a motor 52 for the door-lock locking and release actuator 50 is turned in the direction of locking, and the locking and release lever of the door lock 70 is driven to the position of locking. A locking and release knob 90 is also pulled down to the location of locking through a connecting rod at the same time.
