Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for a reinforcing door capable of performing the retreat operation of a bolt and the open operation only by performing single operation by one hand while protection is enhanced.
SOLUTION: In the locking device of a reinforcing door 1 providing a chain lock mechanism 9 including a bolt 8 on the side of a frame member 4 attached by the door 1 and providing a pulling member 6 and a bolt receiver 5b on the door, the bolt receiver 5b is formed on the attaching seat part of the pulling member 6, the pulling member 6 provided on the attaching seat part is angular- rotatably pivoted through a shaft 7 on the seat part, and the pulling member 6 is angularly rotated by oppositely arranging the side of the edge 6b from the shaft of the rotating pulling member 6 to the bolt 8 supported on the bolt receiver 5b to retreat the bolt 8 from the bolt receiver 5b.
