Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk housing provided with a locking device and an unlocking device for prevent an inside disk from being stolen caused by unfair opening by a customer in a store and a rental shop in relation to the disk housing for storing the disk such as a compact disc and a digital versatile disc.
SOLUTION: A locking means consists of a locking plate inserted from a locking plate inserting opening, and provided with a securing portion for opening and closing lock secured at a pair of secured parts for opening and closing lock arranged on both sides of the inserting opening, and a securing means for taking-out preventing lock secured at the secured part for taking-out preventing lock under a condition where it is inserted into an insertion path. The securing means for fixing lock is retreated through elastic deformation by a guide of a divided housing while the locking plate is inserted, and it is advanced by an elastic restoring force after insertion to constitute a leaf spring secured on the secured part for the fixing lock. The leaf spring is provided with magnetism so that it may retreat from the secured part for the fixing lock by elastic deformation when a magnet is made to face the external side face of one divided housing.
