Abstract:
To utilize a locking member previously provided in a car body side as locking fixation by an antitheft wire.
A locking member 15 fixedly locking a battery 14 mountably/ demountably to a main pipe 3 is provided, a lock metal fitting 21 of an antitheft wire 20 is engaged with the locking member 15 and a lock pin, in a condition that the battery 14 is removed, the lock pin is retracted by a key operation to be fixedly locked. When the battery 14 is fixedly locked, the lock metal fitting 21 is engaged with a lift arm 17 pressed down by the battery 14, to be fixedly locked.
