The locking device is equipped with an oscillating locking member 31, a regulation member 32 regulating an oscillation range of the locking member by making forward movement, a first elastic body 33 pushing the regulation member in the forward direction, a stopper member 34 regulating the forward movement of the regulation member at an evacuating position, a second elastic body 35 for the stopper member to energizing on a regulation position side of the regulation member, an unlocking member 36 for pushing the regulation member back to the evacuating position from a forward position and an operating member 37 releasing a regulation state of the stopper member by interlocking therewith in the case the locking member is oscillated in either one of them.
