Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the fitting work to a locker by achieving the integrated sub-assembly of an electric locking and unlocking mechanism with a mechanical emergency unlocking mechanism.
SOLUTION: When a consignment is stored in a storage chamber and a door is closed, a plunger 25a of a solenoid 25 is moved in the depression side, a latch 37 is restrained at the locking angle to make a locker door incapable of being opened. To achieve the unlocking, the personal code number is inputted by a key switch, and the solenoid 25 is operated by the unlocking signal from a control part, and the plunger 25a and a driving lever 28 are moved to achieve the unlocking. When the door is closed, an engagement rod is moved, and an engagement notch is pushed to operate the solenoid 25 through a limit switch, and to engage an engagement stepped part. When the power is failured, a key is put into a cylinder lock 45 and turned to move a slider 53 having a projection 54 to be inserted into a cam groove 51, and an emergency unlocking is achieved. Only the locking lever is turned in the mechanical emergency unlocking, and the external force is prevented from being applied to the solenoid 25 to improve the durability.
