Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leaving an arm unlocked by setting either of members on a locking operation lock position so as to obstruct locking by a locking means, and setting either of members on a locking operation allowing position when both members are engaged with each other. SOLUTION: When an arm latch shaft 4 is engaged with the engaging groove 6 of a latch lever 5, the fitting hole of the latch lever 5 is positioned on a projecting rod part 11a except the lock part 11b, 11c, and hence a key can be rotationally moved to a locking position. However when the arm latch shaft 4 is not engaged with the engaging groove 6 of the latch lever 5, the lever 5 energized by a spring 7 is tilted anticlockwise, the fitting hole of the latch lever 5 is engaged with the inside lock part 11c as shown with two-dot chain lines, hence the key can not be rotationally moved to the locking position, hereby forgetting of close of an arm can be perceived.
