PURPOSE: To shorten a landing waiting time relating to a regularly issued landing call, in an elevator for use in a private residence.

CONSTITUTION: A register column of a memory part 13, sorted to a weekday and a specific time range classified by a floor from a landing call register device 11 in each issuing a landing call, is discriminated by a clock calendar part 12 and registered. When a statistical value is detected to increase to a preset value or more by a comparing part 14, a running command to a call register estimated floor is given to a running control part in the same time band in the next week, to make a car previously wait in a call issuing estimated floor.
