In this locking system of an auxiliary lock 1, the auxiliary lock 1 is arranged in doors 2A and 2B opened/closed by a double sliding method; a main controller 21 is arranged in a building for controlling the locking/unlocking of the auxiliary lock 1; and a sub-controller S operable by a battery 17 is arranged in the auxiliary lock 1. Transmittable/receivable radiocommunication function are arranged in the sub-controller S and the main controller 21; the sub-controller S intermittently receives a locking command transmitted by the main controller 21; and the sub-controller S receiving the locking command locks the auxiliary lock 1.
