Abstract:
To provide a device for locking and unlocking of a cotter on a frame with a key.
The device, having a rotor 16 of the locking unit linked rotatable to a bearing seat 11, includes a columnar part 17 rotatable attached in the cotter 1 and a cylindrical shaft 18 with a head 21 mounted in the columnar part 17 in a free rotational condition. The invention can be applied in a road field.
