Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent abrasion by eliminating clamping shock in lockup in the normal traveling, and quickly performing the clamping of a lockup clutch in PTO using.
CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic switching valve 28 is provided on an oil pressure line 29 from an oil pump 9 to an oil pressure chamber 6b of a converter housing, and lockup is performed by draining oil in the oil pressure line 29 by means of the electromagnetic switching valve 28. When a PTO switch is turnen on, oil is fed to an oil pressure clutch 14 of a PTO 11 from an oil pressure line 18 through an electromagnetic switching valve 17. A controller 20 outputs a duty signal to the electromagnetic switching valve 28, and the slide amount when the connection of a lockup clutch 2 is started is taken as the large first sliding amount, while it is controlled so as to become the small second sliding amount in PTO using. Thereby, shock is prevented in the normal traveling, the value as merchandise is enhanced, and the lockup clutch is quickly clamped in PTO using, and durability is improved without much abrasion.
