To provide a lockup damper mechanism which is formed to suppress the influence due to contact of an elastic member, making the axial space smaller than a conventional one.

The lockup damper mechanism 22 includes an input side plate 23, an intermediate plate 26 and an output side plate 24, and rotates integrally by coil springs 28 and 29 which are a first elastic member and coil springs 30 and 31 which are a second elastic member. The elastic members are disposed on the same circumference. The rigidity of the elastic member gradually changes with a shift amount of a rotation angle from the intermediate plate by accompanying the rotation of the input side plate 23 so as to absorb the variation in rotation.
