To provide a lockup device for a fluid coupling, configured so that vibration caused by coiled springs can be reliably suppressed.

In the lockup device 7, a plurality of sets of first elastic members 32 are respectively lined and disposed in the circumferential direction at a predetermined position in the radial direction. Each of the plurality of sets of first elastic members 32 is relatively rotatable with regard to a float member 42. One set of first elastic members 32 are constituted of a plurality of spring members 32a, 32b. Each of the plurality of spring members 32a, 32b is disposed continuously in series in the circumferential direction. The float member 42 restricts the move of the first elastic member 32 in the radial direction.
