PURPOSE: To provide a log house-toned wall surface material which can be manufactured at a low cost by mass production, can be simply executed in the same way as a platy wall material since it is light weight, and is free from generation of any gap between projected veins disposed in an array, and its manufacture.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of longitudinal projected veins 2 having an almost circular arc section are disposed in an array adjacent to each other on a surface of a fiberboard 1, and wood thin veneer 3 is stuck to the surface along the projected vein 2. The log house-toned wall surface material is manufactured by bringing a pressing surface of a hot-press wherein a plurality of longitudinal recess veins having an almost circular arc section are disposed in an array adjacent to each other on the pressing surface in pressure contact onto the wood thin veneer 3 when the wood thin veneer 3 is stuck to the surface of the fiberboard 1 via adhesives.
