The logger facilities have calling terminals 3A and 3B connected to a communication network and a voice data managing device 80 connected to the communication terminals 3A and 3B, which perform voice telephone calling using voice packets passed through a communication network. The logger facilities are constituted having a telephone calling means 32 and a voice data acquiring means 31 of acquiring voice data of voice telephone calling carried out by the voice telephone calling means 32, so the communication terminals 3A and 3B need not be provided with logger devices individually unlike conventional logger facilities and the logger facilities can have simple constitution.
