Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of an operator and to guide the plant into safety stop by diagnosing the sequence logic by the sequence logic table established in advance when an interlock operated. CONSTITUTION:A signal input device 2 takes sample of each action signal inputted at a constant interval of time, and make into groups according to the place where interlock monitoring is being made. A plant interlock activation detection device 3 picks up the signal related to a plant interlock among the signals inputted in group unit, and outputs its detection results. A plant interlock sequence logic diagnosis device 4 diagnoses whether the activation of interlock is normal or not according to a sequence logic table 6 which is established in advance when a plant interlock interlock activation signal is activated, and displays a message of activation situation when the situation is normal, and displays appropriate message picking up from operation guide table 7 on an output display 5 when it is abnormal.
