Abstract:
To provide a logistics simulator device that enables practical operation planning, an operation planning method, and a steel mill operation method that can achieve efficiency improvement.SOLUTION: The logistics simulator device simulates the logistics of conveying materials to the next process and includes: a condition setting section (320); a receiving job generator (303) that generates a receiving job to a stock yard; a payout job generator (304) that generates a payout job from the stock yard; an emergency payout job generator (306) that generates an emergency payout job; a job execution order determination section (307) that determines a job execution order; a job execution section (308) that executes jobs according to the execution order; a facility stoppage unit (309) that stops jobs being executed by a facility to be stopped; a recording section (310) that records changes in the amount of inventory in the stock yard and the next process; and a simulation termination section (203) that terminates the simulation and outputs results when termination conditions are met.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
