Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove rice bran adhered to polished rice by permitting polished rice to flow downwards in a natural state to the falling point of polished rice in a guide gutter from a pressure adjusting device and forming multiple slits for removing rice bran which are stuck to polished rice.
SOLUTION: The multiple slits in a longitudinal direction are formed in a part to be the falling point of polished rice in the guide gutter 30. That is, in the guide gutter 30 of this rice miller 100, the downfall of polished rice from the pressure adjusting device from the falling point is permitted in the natural state and also the multiple slits for removing rice bran stuck to the polished rice are formed. Then, rice bran adhered to the surface of polished rice which is discharged at the guide gutter 30 side is perfectly removed from polished rice in the multiple longitudinal direction slits and also the rice bran is surely made to fall into a rice bran container 50 so that the rice bran is prevented from being kept adhered to the surface of the guide gutter 30.
