CONSTITUTION: A base on which long materials A are placed with the axial 1 lines almost in parallel and protrusions 120a, 120b which are protruded from the faces of the long materials A placed on the base and reciprocally moved are provided. Also provided are a guide mechanism to guide the long materials raked up by the protrusions 120a, 120b and aligned, a stopper mechanism 230 engaged or disengaged with the outer peripheries of the long materials A and a thrusting mechanism 240 provided on the upstream side of the stopper mechanism 230 so as to contact and separate to/from the long materials A a distance equivalent to the width of one long material A away from the stopper mechanism 230.
