PURPOSE: To send a long member into a manhole without changing the diameter of a spirally molded long member and receiving resistance by arranging a plurality of support members each having two rollers arranged thereto in an L-shape at the position holding the long member in an almost circumferential state.

CONSTITUTION: One vertical roller 2 and one horizontal roller 3 are provided to a support part 1 in an L-shape and four support parts are arranged on the upper surfaces of four device stands 15 arranged crosswise. A metal long member 20 is spirally molded before execution so that the inner diameter thereof becomes almost same to or larger than the diameter formed by four support parts arranged in a circumferential state. The spirally molded long member is arranged on the horizontal rollers 3 so that the inside thereof is in contact with the vertical rollers 2 of the support parts 1 of a long member sending-out device. When the long member sensing-out device is arranged above a manhole, the long member is supplied into the manhole without receiving resistance.
