Abstract:
To provide a long string which has the fine touch of a fabric and a high grade appearance, can respond to various requirements, and is useful for decoration, and to provide a decorated article.
This long string 30 for decoration is obtained by joining both the longitudinal side edges of a long and narrow fabric 10 each other in a long cylindrical form. The fabric 10 is formed by adhering a metal foil 16 to the surface of a fabric and then pressing the adhered metal foil 16 to form a linear pattern. The cylindrical inner surface of the long string 30 is coated with a paste 31 without adhering the inner surfaces to each other.
