Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve setting operatability for a long work ever so better, by installing a liftable table in the surface direction free of slide motion, while setting up plural setting devices on the top of this table, in a case of a car assembling line which sets the long work to a base material from the downside. CONSTITUTION:This setting device 2 to be set up in a lower part of a body 1 at the sidepiece of an assembling line conveying a car body (base material) 1 in a longitudinal direction installs a lift base 4 on an upper part of a shiftable truck 3 as a support block, and makes this lift base go up or down with operation of a lift cylinder 5 installed in the truck 3. Both L and W directional slide tables 9 and 13 are slidably installed on the top of this lift base 4, while a rotary table 16 is rotatably supported on the top of the slide table 13. And, clamping devices 24 as plural setting devices supported by stays 21 being slidden along a rail by a cylinder are erected on an upper surface of this rotary table 16.
