Abstract:
To provide a loop antenna device suitable for a use requiring specified directivity.
The loop antenna device 100 has first-fifth helical conductor sections 10-50 formed on an insulating substrate 2 in a multilayer structure. The first and second conductor sections 10, 20 are formed along the two parallel sides of the insulating substrate 2. On the two sides, vias 16, 26 of the first and second conductor sections 10, 20 respectively are exposed to a side face, thus improving communication sensitivity at the side of each side face as the entire antenna, and allowing the antenna to have directivity in a specified direction.
