Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a loop shaped brush having a cleaning surface, when cleaning the cavity of mouth surrounding a bracket during an orthodontic treatment, capable of cleaning only by the insertion to and pulling-out from the surrounding part, and to provide a brush using the same.SOLUTION: A toothbrush is provided in which both ends of a twisted brush's shaft part having flexibility and shape restoration property are fixed in a loop shape to a handle 2. By changing a fixed angle and a position of both ends of the shaft part, the brush 3 matches the shape of a cleaning target part, and a cleaning can become reliably possible only by an insertion and pulling-out operation as the brush 3 is brought into a press-contact with the cleaning surface with a suitable pressure by the elasticity of the shaft part.
